Exploring Vintage Inspiration

To bring Omar’s vision to life, we embarked on an inspiring journey, delving into the world of vintage watches for design cues. Omar’s request for a truly exclusive piece posed a unique challenge, as no readily available two-tone case options matched the vision. It was clear this project would demand a custom approach, and we were eager to meet the challenge.

The Design Process

After thoughtful consideration, we decided on a Naut-style two-tone case. The luxurious combination of materials paired seamlessly with a matching bracelet, setting the stage for the centerpiece of the design: the dial. For this, we turned to Lucius Atelier, selecting their stunning natural lapis lazuli dial. The rich texture and deep blue hues of the lapis made it the perfect choice to complement the two-tone case.

Omar’s decision to feature the open-heart variation of the dial added an exquisite touch. This choice allowed the golden NH71 movement to take center stage, creating a harmonious interplay of color and design. The open-heart feature not only highlighted the intricate craftsmanship of the movement but also tied together the luxurious elements of the watch.

The final creation, aptly named the Lapis Elegance, is a masterpiece of artistry and personalization.
